John received his first formal training from renowned artist Karl J. Kuerner at the Darlington School of Fine Art in WaWa Pennsylvania. Although all of John's painting are inspired by real life experiences and encounters, he considers himself to be an impressionistic or expressionistic artist. His medium includes but are not limited to acrylic, dry brush, watercolor, colored pencil and ink. John resides in Montgomery, Texas.
