Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canda, Katherine now resides in Montgomery, Texas.  Katherine artistic journey began 55 years ago in Colorado.  Her artistic style reflects her spiritual and creative evolution.  Her oil paintings are known for their vibrant, realistic depictions of nature; majestic mountains, aspen trees, expansive Texas landscapes and larger-than-life flowers.  Her masterful use of color and lights brings scenes to life, while her unique technique combining brushes and palette knives creates a beautiful three-dimensional effect.  Katherine’s passion for art is reflected in each piece, aiming to show beauty and inspiration with viewers.

Katherine has been featured in over 18 galleries throughout the United States and Canada. Katherine stays grateful for the opportunity to study under David Garrison in Norway and to paint in Monia’s Garden in Paris.
